A harmonious 'blend' of Vilana with Thrapsathiri by Hetero Wines. Lemon color with greenish highlightsOn the nose, there is intense freshness with notes of orange and lemon blossoms, mangoaccompanied by a unique herbal notes. Crisp acidity and a long aftertaste.

This time, while traveling to Crete, Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, also known as 'the gypsy winemakers,' create a white wine inspired by sexuality as an attitude with a highly aesthetic label. Thrapsathiri 60% and Vilana 40% give us an excellent result, owing to the characteristics of the semi-mountainous area of Acharnes-Asterousia at an altitude of over 450m. Vinification is conventional with selected yeasts, and we have maturation in a stainless-steel tank for 3 months.
Crispness, freshness, and herbal notes are some words that can describe it. They make it a perfect combination for salads, seafood, lemony chicken, and light pasta dishes.
The wine is produced and bottled in Heraklion, Crete, with a protected geographical indication.
